| The mice were immunized with bovine type II collagen (CII) on day 0 (primary immunization) and day 21 (booster immunization). Moxibustion was applied three times a week from day 21 to day 35 post-immunization. Blood and tissue samples were collected and flow cytometry was performed on day 35. |
