| TGF-ｲ_ alone promotes differentiation of naive T cells to regulatory T cells (Treg), and TGF-ｲ_ in the presence of IL-6 promotes differentiation to Th 17. Moxibustion (GV 4) induces differentiation to regulatory T cells by increasing the secretion of TGF-ｲ_ and decreasing the secretion of IL-6. |
